Salesman Nicholas Johnston was helpful, informative, courteous and respectful—and, unlike so many car salesmen in my experience over the years, put me at ease from the get-go. Nick obviously wanted to make a sale, but he wanted to make it in a highly professional manner—which he did. He was VERY IMPRESSIVE.

Ben Alan was very knowledgable about all the cars. He listened to my needs for a family car and made appropriate suggestions. He was approachable and respectful, and I felt very comfortable working with him. After I bought the car he made sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and that I understood how to work all the new technologies. Overall, he was very helpful and I would buy another car from him.

I purchased a used vehicle from Rich. I spoke with him when I needed a vehicle quickly after my son slid off the road and hit a tree. Rich researched vehicles within my price range and kept in contact with me on what was available. When he found a vehicle I was interested in, he brought the car to me to test drive. Recently purchased a 2011 Pilot. Ben was great to work with and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a professional but no-pressure salesperson. The service department has been courteous and responsive to any issues that have arisen and it's a pleasure to be welcomed and recognized by the receptionist's when you enter the building.

After having a negative experience with a different dealership, I walked into Honda of Frontenac not expecting much. I was blown away with the service, friendliness and straight forward approach of Mike and Lisa. Not only was I able to purchase the car I had been looking at, but I was out of the dealership with the new car in less than two hours. Mike has been great with follow-up and I feel very comfortable with the dealership. I highly recommend Mike and would gladly purchase another car from him.

I saw an ad on the internet and Mike did not play games with me. He was straght forward ans I got the deal as advertized. I was in an out of ther in less than an hour. Mike called me the next day to make sure everything was OK. Mike Jacksom the sales manager personally thanked me for my busniss and Mike Mrerz introduced me to all the departments. Tina was verry frienly and even said good by to me by name.

When I walked into the dealership i was quite impressive that I was not bombarded with salesmen. When I have looked at other dealerships I felt trapped and walked out. Dealing with Honda of Frontenac was a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Everyone who helped us was friendly,courteous and well informed, but RANDOL CALDWELL stood out from them all. We took our car into Frontenac Honda after hearing some strange noises when turning. It was quickly diagnosed as a problem with the axle as well as a leaking transmission seal. The work was completed while we waited and there was no charge as the warranty was still in effect. The service was wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone.
