Everyone in Service Department are very friendly and kind.
Car was checked in quickly. A ride to work was provided by Doug the Driver--thanks Doug, always enjoy your stories! Work was completed quickly, for a lunchtime pickup. Battery was under warranty, so Honda replaced with new. Got fluids changed while car was there, and coupons were honored, and always a free carwash! Overall, it was a great experience and didn't hurt the wallet too bad right before Christmas. Thank you, Honda of Frontenac!

Service agent greeted me and took care of my needs in a polite and timely manner.
Overall, work was done promptly and properly. Found that two filters were close to being ready to be replaced (would need future inspection) but did not give me the option of replacing now. Thought I should have been asked.

Very efficient pleased with the service I received
This was a simple oil change in the early morning. I was in and out in approximately an hour with some nice Keurig hot chocolate to keep me warm and toasty on a cold winter day. Their price was good for the dealership.
