I ordered a car ten weeks ago. After eight weeks, I called them to see if the car was coming. They did not notify me about the progress on my car, I had to call them. I am sorry I did not go to the dealership I dealt with in the past. The sales staff was nice and friendly and not pushy, but did not seem to care after I placed my order. I am thinking twice if a Honda was the right buy and would not do it again.

I've been looking for a 4WD EXL (no RES no Nav) but the 4WDs are hard to come by here in Texas. So I shopped around out of state and found my Pilot at Honda of Frontenac in St. Louis. Yes, I am from Houston and ended up getting it from St. Louis. I have gotten a very competitive deal from the internet manager Paul Leong. He also helped me to find a car transport company with very reasonable shipping charge for bringing the Pilot to Houston. Sean and his peers were wonderful to work with - very mindful of our time ( we were at dealership with two small children)- the car we bought was priced right- there was no smarmy up charging, and Sean in particular could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. All around great experience.
I went to Honda because they had the used car I wanted:a 2009 Toyota Prius.I found it on line so knew they had a Prius. I knew what I was looking for and not once did they suggest a Honda. They respected my choice and the car was the right price and the trade in was very fair. I would and do recommend them and especially the sales person, Sean Sage, to any shopper.
