RecommendedIt was great to have Silvia Garcia help us buying a car, A wonderful experience. As we got to the dealership she greeted us and welcomed us inside since it was windy and cold, we got comfortable and looked at couple cars without pressure. We did a trade in and got bigger car. The process was easy and she explained each and every step in detail. I went to Concord Toyota but was not happy with the sales rep so came to El Cerrito, I am glad I came here
