Always great service at El Cerrito Honda. I called to let them know a check engine had turned on, I didn't know what was going. Freddie asked if I could take it in, he took me in and took care of the problem the same day.

There was a bit of lack of communication about the level of service we would receive and I had to call after the servicing to confirm a few things. That should have been detailed up front. Also, I noticed a problem with the heater that I now need to go back to them about to see if something happened during the servicing.
