RecommendedI was out doing errands last April 5 when my Honda Pilot did not start. Needed to call AAA for a battery jump. While waiting for AAA, I called Honda & talked to Mel Santiago. He checked my records & told me my battery is still under warranty & to bring in the car anytime that day. After I had the road service, drove the car for a while & brought it in to the dealership. RecommendedI brought my car in for scheduled maintenance on Mar. 29,2022. Guillermo(Asst Service Mgr) was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything completely. He sent me a text with contact info that I could use if needed. He called me when the car was ready. BTW- the car was ready a day before my actual appointment. I am very pleased and happy with Guillermo’s customer service. Made my day!! Thanks Guillermo!

RecommendedThis is my first time bringing my 2020 Honda Accord to this dealership. Needed new brakes due to the grinding that I was hearing. Turns out i needed all new brakes, resurfaced rotors, brake fluid, among other stuff that added up to $1400!!! 😳…..not prepared for that!
