[For what it's worth, Guillermo was my most excellent service agent.] Their service agents have always been polite, friendly and efficient. When dropping off the car, the wait time is reasonable. Due to the pandemic, social distancing and masking is necessary and they take every precaution with comfortable chairs that are placed several feet away from the service station and with plexi shields separating the customer from the service agent... read more

RecommendedI have been buying Honda Accords for about 30 years. Not only Honda cars are reliable and good but also because Honda dealers are customer friendly and easy to deal with. We moved to the Bay Area from Michigan about seven years ago and have been going to Honda of El Cerrito for maintenance and repairs since then. I like their service and the staff.
