Advisor and shuttle service was excellent. Andrew did a thorough job of reviewing vehicle history and my prepaid plans - things that I wasn't aware were in place. Most grateful. I left my phone in the shuttle vehicle - after alerting Andrew he quickly called the shuttle driver and confirmed that I did leave the phone. A few minutes later the shuttle driver was at my home returning the phone that I almost lost. Saved Christmas for me.
