RecommendedWell, Guillermo was excellent, no negative marks towards him at all. My appointment was at 7 and it was on time. My issue was with those who serviced my vehicle. I guess they had to remove the 3 panels that were on the inside of my rear window to get to attach the top tail fin which was destroyed by my garage door. Well they didn’t re-attach these panels and they fell off while I was driving to work. Luckily, they were inside the car but I was just bewildered as to what was I supposed to do with them.
