The Sales Manager lied to me. When I caught him in his lie, he justified his lie to me. Using his word and no receipt, he stated that there was an unforeseen tag charge of 600.00 dollars. The dealership investigated my car twice, with at least 4 associates in inspection process, their missing something could be understood, but their not telling me is not, I found the discrepancy... but in any case, 600.00 does not explain a 1275.00 discrepancy! nor could or did the sales manager ever even try to acknowledge the 1275.00 discr... read more
Salesman talked over me, didn’t listen well, and did not give me what was promised. I felt pressured and deceived. He avoided some questions and changed the subject.
Mold growing in floor mats. Daytona Toyota repaired then sent to Kia not sure why there were chips of paint above door and stains on the windshield.. not happy with how I got my car back.. never had issues with paint chips and red rusty residue on the passenger side.. my car was bran new and I had to get a new transmission. Was sent to Kia because they couldn’t get the check engine light off so I was told.
Poor customer service. Never called back on a car we were interested in. Sales manager never called back either. This is second time we've tried to purchase from this dealership, but they wouldn't follow thru. Guess we go out if state again to buy.
I couldn't even get into the vehicle I bought because I am disabled however the salesman kept pushing me telling me he couldn't see why I couldn't get into it until I finally did; and I now have the vehicle which I really didn't want. I made a lot of mistakes with purchasing this vehicle and if I ever pay it off because they charged me so much I will never make these mistakes again. Good Morning .....picked up my car Thursday and am very disappointed to find out that I was lied to. First I was there from 11:30-2:30 Sunday being told you were trying to find me a blue car. Finally told you found one, sign papers with Solomon who told me he couldn’t finalize my paperwork with me until I pick the car up as he did not have the vin #. Dino lost a sale. We (and our two local businesses) will never do business with Daytona Kia thanks to his political views! Unprofessional, rude and just plain stupid. He asked if he should put a mask on to get in the golf cart and was told yes (it's a pandemic after all and Florida numbers are scary). He then said "who are you voting for?" as if that had anything to do with the mask. Bye!
I was showed a 2021, and sold a 2020. I purchased two (2) cars, one was mine and the other I was to be a cosigner and they messed that up as well. I am not happy.
I don't like KIA and wish I never bought my car there. Sales manager was too pushy and the sales clerk was new and had to make a sale! I will never go back there again and will not recommend to anyone! It has nothing to do with the sales department!
