Salesman nice guy but he told us he'd be there on fri he wasn't also said had siruis radio but there wasn't ,haven't heard when pin stripping and window dent to get done ...called this morning 1-7 @ little after 9 ,12 now still haven't heard from him ,if wife didn't like the car so much i'd have taken it back not a happy camper
After picking up my new lease, My father n law whom is a pastor was attempting to blue tooth my phone there was vulgar content programed.Then discovered a crack in the driver’s bumper which if I hadn’t noticed I would hv been charged$ at end of lease. I now hv hv a loaner while making it right
I was made a promise by management, but they never followed up with me. Then the sales person had to call me for money. I made me feel as you thought I was being deceitful. All, while one of you management members was the deceitful person. I hope you are able to get more sincere and honest members in your team.
Fourth and last purchase from Daytona Kia. Deceitful sales person. Don't believe any incentive offers. Sales Mgr. does not return calls. 2021 Soltos checklist not completed from Prep. Dept. Did not review any of the vehicles features. Had to request owner's manual and additional key be mailed to us. Not professional at all. BUYER BEWARE!
I went and had my oil changed and they didn't put no sticker on the window and they couldn't even vacuum it out I thought it was pretty sorry

I just spoke with a friend who informed me that what I was told from kia sales reps, was a lie. I'm furious and regret going there.
They over promised and under delivered. I was given some wrong information about my vehicle that could have potentially changed the direction of the sale had I known all the correct information.
Ross the dealer never gave me my referral money avoided my message just not my favorite dealership since you all keep sending me these survey links that’s how I feel about Daytona Kia right now
