The saddest, most pathetic attempt at taking someone for granted in a time where money’s tight and work is scarce. After all the loyalty and continued business I have provided and you slump to a new low of greed by ripping people off during a routine service visit. I was pleased initially. However, my feelings have changed since my daughter bought a used car there. There was a bucking in the car when test driving and Dino was with us and felt it. It didn’t happen again during the test drive, so we didn’t think any more of it. After leaving the dealership the bucking became more pronounced. Did not do what was ask !!!? Ask for oil change an tire rotation only got oil change!! But charge for! Had to go back to have tire rotation! Washer fuild not refilled!
all required service was handled I have been using Daytona Kia for the past 6 1/2 years. I have always been greeted in a professionial manner and all requested service has been performed in a timely manner
Terrible Experience. The salesman was seriously pushy. Started off by taking my car keys, and then would not give them back when I later asked for them, stating I needed to go get lunch. He showed me several cars, but did not show me anything that I had come to see (I’d been told when I called that there were 2 Kia Souls in my price range, and I told him that a Soul would be perfect for what I needed, as it has towing capacity and good gas mileage. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I traded in my vehicle in August, didn’t even get my final finance company until over a month later. I had to sign paperwork three different times! I was told that I had GAP and a three year extended warranty on my vehicle, only to find out today when I go to get my broken window fixed that my warranty was canceled during signing and I was NEVER TOLD. Knowledge of the Kia Cars and The Kia Warrenty was very poor It seems like all they cared about was getting my Check, once that check was passed, their demeanor changed for the worst,, I was very disappointed about that!!
Walked out without getting the service done super rude, absolutely useless staff. I rather drive back to Deland to get my car serviced as I did in the past 15 years. When I pulled up I had to wait in the office because the person was sitting in the office was busy with his phone. When I made a noise finally he payed some attention.
