It took 3. 5 hours just to get a diagnostic, and it was expensive for no work to be done.

Nobody did a walk around on my vehicle, I'm still finding issues and having a horrible time getting anyone to answer or respond let alone fix the issues. It has been almost 2 weeks now, they did a poor job repainting an area that the paint was gone and still I'm waiting to get everything handles. Have asked for sales and service managers to escalate this and can't get anyone to respond. Very disappointed!
High prices, no deals , or caring of your needs or time , service advisor not helpful
They advertise deceptively to get you into the door, then switch their deal. Very dishonest. That’s why they have on 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp.
I have never really had a bad experience with Kia service - until now. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation which was the suggested maintenance for less that 22k miles. I got there a little early, but ended up waiting 8-10 minutes for service advisor to be free. I ended up being there for a more than 2 hours with only one update when they suggested I needed more things done, which I told them not this visit. They said my car should be done shortly.
