I am accustomed to the best in service, but did not find it here. My car was returned missing parts from under the hood. The air conditioner that has never failed does not work. The new battery was dead and damaged advising me to get a new battersy. The instrument cluster was completely reset. The Start/Stop button requires a double press. This is absolutely the worst service center I’ve ever encountered in my car ownership experience. Tyler the service technician is a shady individual that not only refuses to listen to customer complaints when dropping off their vehicle but a vehement liar. This shop will perform unauthorized repairs with no quote on price and threaten to remain custody of the vehicle. My actual issues were not addressed nor fixed. Charged full price for routine service despite requesting only one issue to be addressed on this visit and having recent routine service already done and my car.
I had an appt. at 815 am in Daytona at 230 pm on a Tuesday my vehicle still wasn’t inspected by a mechanic ...my vehicle a 2021 Kia Sedona I bought there .the Kia service person Todd did not attemp to apoligize and said it would be another 1 1/2 before anyone looked at it..there was only 1-2 people in the lobby at this time. I will never buy another Kia. I am going somewhere else. The vehicle is jerking up to the 40 mph
Not satisfied with how the process developed. Did not meet the standards set. Deeply disappointed with deal.
Absolutely the worst sales team I have ever dealt with. This sales manager and staff had been working with us over a few days to get a vehicle. When advised we had a set price on paper from another dealership Daytona advised they would match. We showed up and they were 5,000$ higher than the offer they agreed too. We left and went to Deland Kia who was amazing and even came down more on the price. Will NEVER go back to Daytona Kia and will tell everyone how rude and dishonest they are.
Poor service. Made appt for recall repairs to 24 Telluride. Left vehicle and was called to pick up around 3. Was told one recall was not repaired as they did not have the parts and they ordered and would call me to reschedule. Had oil change and tire rotation done. Also reported issue with passenger side headlight as it filled with rain one day during a storm. Was told they could look at headlight but with no water in it that day, I would have to bring back next time it storms so they can see that there was actually water in... read more
Upon leaving my service appointment, I immediately noticed a serious shake in my vehicle. I was leaving for the airport to come to Vegas for training so I was not able to bring it back in. A family member brought it back in and they told her we would have to pay $160 for them to look at their mistake. I am not going to pay for something that they caused and I do not like how they handled it.
