You don't go by the contract when I purchase the car And to get prepared for the car is way too much
If I could of found an attorney taking on new clients. I would have sued this place for fraud, as well as pain and suffering damages done to my wife.
I was mislead by the members of the the KIA team and despite my patience effort to give the benefit of the doubt, I’m now at 3 weeks with no results to any of the problems I’ve had, I have had no response or feedback from the general manager or the team despite my numerous daily calls made by me or my son. Sincerely feel like we’ve been taken advantage of just to meet their quota. Very unprofessional.
I brought my 2023 kia sportage in because the battery died and it was still under warranty, the service dept said they couldn't replace the battery using the warranty because they couldn't understand why it was only charged at 60% and that I should take it to the dealership that I bought it from. My dealership here in gainesville had no problem changing the battery and using the warranty
Service is horrible. Not organized. Never confirmed my appointment. Returned my car back with missing panel pieces.
I cannot understand why I had to take my KIA to another service center that wasnt even KIA personally I am seriously considering getting rid of my KIA in order to get my car fixed ? I should not have to drive to another town to get my new car serviced !!! This is a xxxx poor to treat any coustomer.....
I was having issues with my car. Took it to a local mechanic who told me to bring it to Kia as it was showing codes for a fuel pump that is under an extended manufacturer warranty so I had to bring it to Kia in Daytona as they had the soonest appointment. I tried to explain to the guy what the other mechanic said and give him the printout they gave me. He just dismissed the printout and honestly was a bit rude. Car produced noise when tapping brakes at slow speed, was told my rotors were in poor condition, but pads were fine(thats xx) pads lasting longer than rotors? Was charged near 2 hundred for a bad diagnostic and recomended to spend over 13 hundred in repairs. It all felt as a very dishonest treatment, guess its cause from out of town and wouldnt complain.
worst service and sales. They are cheaters and sold the worse car that I had oil leakage within a week and stopped on the way and I need to replaced Alternator within a month. Theay are great cheaters
