Was told by Kia the car needed a new several thousand dollar catalytic converter. Took it to another shop for a second opinion it was missing ONLY a tab that the other shop fixed at no cost.. Very frustrated by this miss diagnosis! The missing tab is what was causing the car to run lean, not the catalytic converter.

Johnny promised me a car at half the cost of my current 2023 Sportage with monthly payments of $488. I drove off with an EV6. I called Johnny to let him know the car didn't have the options he said were in the car. He told me that he would take care of it. Just bring it in. Well, I brought back in and drove off with a 2025 Sorento with an MSRP of 43k plus or minus a bit, for 37k. No one is professional, we were inconvenienced multiple times and everything was made to be extremely difficult for no reason
If you really want me to leave a review. , I will. The whole experience was unsettling!! Right from the get go with Steven! He made a comment that made my stomach turn. He asked me to Take my glasses off so I did. He said “oh you really are pretty” I have never put my glasses back on so fast in my life. Then he sent me off to finance. Mr. Henry was not any better. Charged me for tire rotation that was supposed to be free. Also thought I had two free oil changes coming.
The staff is very friendly. The mechanic is unskilled and could not fix the issue. They ordered a new part that didn’t need replacing. They left out screws and didn’t tighten parts. I will never go back.
Daytona Kia employs nothing but liars and dishonest people. I regret ever going to the place not to mention purchasing three vehicles from them..I’m not done buying cars but xxxx sure buying them from Daytona Kia!!!!
