Is been a week that i bought this suv. . couldn’t help me or give me a loaner.. made appointment with Deland Kia
1st when I got the car the Ac was no good called right away being a new car and no response to that the only thing I was told is to take it to service but why if I bought a new car 2025 left it there for 9 days and was the compressor service department was great but sales sucks never got anyone who would help me change the car or give me a face overall sales department has no words. Had to wait for a new car to be fixed instead of they own the issue and help me with changing the car.
Add-ons that were not authorized with comments on the service invoice that customer requested when customer never requested comments like well it looked pretty clean so we didn't bother washing it overall terrible experience just as bad as the sales process if these guys did not have a demand product they would be selling junkers on Mason Avenue
I am 77 years old and I've been buying cars for 60 years now and I can decidedly say that this was the worst car buying experience I've had in my life. The salesman was brash and once we were about to leave the sales manager came out and told us well. No payments for 2 months and the 2 months turned out to be 30 days plus a 10-day race. The salesperson for a particular deal, misrepresented the company. The deal was misleading on truthful and needs to be fired.
My vehicle was painted in a timely manner. But I was late to work because I had to wait for the service person to arrive. I informed her that I had to be to work by 8 and when I arrived the young man was confused about checking me in so I could make it to work on time
NO COURTESY VEHICLE! TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO DROP OFF MY CAR AND IMMEDIATELY LEAVE TO BE ON TIME TO WORK, I WAS HELD THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR, MAKING ME LATE!! WAS GIVE9N ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR THINGS MY VEHICLE DOESNT NEED!!! SERVICE ADVISOR WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. CALL CENTER KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. I PICKED MY VEHICLE UP AND WENT TO A MECHANIC SHOP AND PAID A 1/4 OF WHAT THE DEALERSHIP WANTED. 2 DAYS LATER THE DEALERSHIP CALLS ASKING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND I SAID TERRIBLE AND SHE LITERALLY SAID "OK" AND HUNG UP!!! Terrible service, horrible financing, lack of communication, shady sales men. 10/10 do not recommend
Bought a kia from kia of Daytona, buying process was great but the salesman did not listen, told him wanted the car only in my wife’s name for legal reasons, before paperwork was done and he put it in both our names told them of error right away but they refused to correct it, salesman now says I have to deal with the DMV.
