I was shocked when I realized that two items were added to my oil change that I hadn’t requested or authorized. Afterward, I checked the receipt and noticed that a fuel additive and an oil additive were added along with the oil change. The total cost of the oil change was $97.
We had a god experience and we buy a lot of cars… I like vehicles I commonly trade up every 18-24 months. My husband purchased my SORENTO from Daytona KIA on Friday 3/21 with no questions asked… he took the 10k loss on my Yukon and we paid OVER sticker for the SORENTO… no worries, we are happy! he sold a dream I told him the facts my payments are 795. 00 I would like to get into a vechicle for lower payment my credit is not thd best and he said he could get into a another car no money down I have a 2024 with 22500 miles on it had it for over a year
I was trying to get a set of tires and decided to try to get them cheaper at Walmart. Then I see a flyer in my car saying that if I had bought 4 tires then I could get a free alignment. Why did she not offer this?
Every interaction we have had at the dealership has been atrocious. For this particular interaction, the plastic casing on the underside of my vehicle was not properly Reattached after you all had to fix the oil filter housing that was tightened too tightly after my last oil change. I am being told you want to charge Almost $200 because a bolt came loose from a piece that you did not properly reattach. Every time I bring my car in for service your dealership breaks it costing me time, energy and money.
I honestly can’t believe that in such proximity I have to leave ANOTHER one star review. After having to go back three/four times because issues kept not getting fixed OR theh lied about fixing an issue. I again woke up this morning to find they had not only charged me AGAIN for my oil issues, but that it was even worse than before! No calls or texts back when I messaged them. Needs more hands on instructions on equipment. Need more direct information on how electronic components work
I went in for an oil change and paid extra for tire rotation as well. But they didn’t rotate my tires, so I called to let them know but they lied and said that they have rotated the tires and that two technician had signed off on that. So they left it at that!
Took three trips to fix a window that worked sometimes. 1st trip to diagnose. 2nd trip to find out wrong part. 3rd tip to finally fix the window. Part was a window module. Simply unplug old, plug in the new. Sat in their waiting room for three hours total and cost 💲 651.29. Not happy with them at all. I hope I don’t need services for going forward, but if so it won’t be there. I will not be buying another KIA.
