I was having a problem with the air in one tire. Ronnie is a service manager and always greats you with a pleasing smile that make you feel at ease. She really knows her job. She inspected all of the tires and found that one had a nail in the sidewall. She immediately gave me a quote for a new tire and I set up an appointment for the following day for the tire to be replaced with the same size and type and to change the oil which was also do. Bruce & I worked together for several weeks trying to find a used reasonalble priced, gas economical, reliable car for my teenage son. When one was found,the car was delivered promply. When my son and I went in to finalize the the deal, everyone at the dealership was friendly. It was very clean and client friendly. My son was given a courtesy call from Bruce the next day. He was wonderful.

Where do we start! This was by far the best far buying experience ever. After dealing with many other dealerships in search of the vehicles we wanted, Autoway Cadillac/Chevrolet was #1 by far! Even after the purchase, when I bring my vehicle in for service, I am treated like part of the family. Ronnie was the best. I have been mislead by other dealer service depts. I will never go elsewhere as long as Ronnie is there. I work with many elderly clients and know how many times they have been taken advantage of. From now on I will refer all my clients to Ronnie. THanks.

Brought my vehicle in for service, i was greeted immediatley with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. The service advisor, Alfredo, was very informative and escorted me to the waiting area, set a time expectation and then came to get me when my vehicle was done. He fully Explained the process and procedure to me, my vehicle was repaired prompltly (in a timely fashion) and i was on my way. I had a very pleasant experience!

We have bought 2 cadillacs from autoway cadillac recently and the service from Don Fortier was very professional. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured.
