We brought our car in for service and we dealt with Frank Rodelli. Frank was very easy to work with and was very friendly. He is also a very knowledgeable man for his industry.

This was my first experience with AutoWay Cadillac and it could not have been better. I spoke with Frank Rodelli on the phone to make my appointment and met with him for my first servicing. Frank went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it. This is my first Cadillac and surely will not be my last thanks to Frank and the staff at AutoWay.

Purchased Esclade EXT through Bruce. He was very helpful during and after the sale. Although it has been two years since I purchased it he still remembers me when I stop in for service and makes sure the service department does their best, which they have. Based on my overall experience with sales and service at Auto Way Cadillac I will return when we purchase our next new or used car.

Overall I had a good experience with my purchase of a used 2011 CTS and I would buy from them in the future. However in the future I would spend more time going over the verious accessories that were already on the car. I beleive the car as it was presented to me for sale had aleady had some items on it that were charged 'as addded accesories' at the time of the purchase.

I have been purchasing Cadillacs at Autoway Cadillac (formerly Coastal) since 2004. Each time I have worked with Tracy Obermeier. She is awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is friendly and professional rolled into one. In fact, anytime I'm at the dealership for service, Tracy and I always find a moment to catch up and not just about the car, but about family and such. My last nine cars have been Cadillacs so that tells you how satisfied I've been over the years. Whenever I've had problems and wasn't able to rectify them by myself, a call to Barbara was all that was needed. So, it was only fitting she help me with the process of another new "Cadillac". She handled it amazingly and ironed out all the bugs to my satisfaction.
