As a former GM wholesale employe with 33 years experience working with dealers, I was very impressed with Bruce Pileggi in the purchase of my 2010 SRX. He went thru the entire sales process in the most professional and relaxed manner of any sales person I have worked with in the past and that was without prior knowledge of my background. I would recommend both he and Autoway Cadillac to anhyone considering a new vehicle. It should also be noted that my experience with the dealership Service Department has been excellent.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Bruce during the last 3 years and have always had pleasant purchase experiences with him. He Is not a "pushy" type of salesperson which is something I always notice about salespeople. I have walked away from "pushy" types before and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

The salesmen were friendly and really tried to help us find a great car. They worked with us concerning the price and our issues in reference to finding a quality car and reasonable cost to us, the buyers.

Thelma and I were searching the Tampa Bay area for a Cadillac SRX. We visited Autoway Cadillac of Port Richey on line and found a Cadillac SRX of interest. Then we called and talked to Bruce, who was warm, helpful and very knowledgeable about both the vehicle and his inventory. Bruce made us feel like we were always welcome to call or come in with questions or suggestions. We feel we have known him for a long time even though it has only been reciently that we have had the pleasure to return to Cadillac

First of all the dealership is spotless clean in and out. Tracy was my sales person, she is outstanding, she knows what she's talking about, she guides you through the process, and she's not running to the manager everytime I ask her a question, (I hate when sales people do that).
