Thelma and I were searching the Tampa Bay area for a Cadillac SRX. We visited Autoway Cadillac of Port Richey on line and found a Cadillac SRX of interest. Bruce made us feel like we were always welcome to call or come in with questions or suggestions. We feel we have known him for a long time even though it has only been reciently that we have had the pleasure to return to Cadillac

First of all the dealership is spotless clean in and out. Tracy was my sales person, she is outstanding, she knows what she's talking about, she guides you through the process, and she's not running to the manager everytime I ask her a question, (I hate when sales people do that). This was my first experience with AutoWay Cadillac and it could not have been better. I spoke with Frank Rodelli on the phone to make my appointment and met with him for my first servicing. Frank went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it. This is my first Cadillac and surely will not be my last thanks to Frank and the staff at AutoWay.

Purchased Esclade EXT through Bruce. He was very helpful during and after the sale. Although it has been two years since I purchased it he still remembers me when I stop in for service and makes sure the service department does their best, which they have. Based on my overall experience with sales and service at Auto Way Cadillac I will return when we purchase our next new or used car.
