Great work every time i go to this location
There wasn't anything I didn't like. What I DID like was how much one-on-one time was spent with me explaining some of the bells & whistles on my vehicle. Many of my questions I couldn't find answers to in my owner's manual so it was really extraordinary to have someone show me with hands-on experience. Never once was I made to feel I should know the answer to a question or that my question was irrelevant. Thanks, Volvo Cars Tampa!

Justin was extremely easy to work with, listened to our concerns without a lot of high pressure. We ended buying a car elsewhere, only because of the car itself and not the salesperson or dealership.

Generally they are great folks that seem to want to be very helpful within their allowed boundaries. I say that because I know that reading an ODB2 code doesn't take any real time or effort on anyone's part but they insist on charging $230+ just to do that. They will apply that to any repairs, which will surely cost more than that but it's still an upfront charge that is unnecessary and keeping them from 5 stars.
