Amazing experience great service and staff!
I was happy with the service I received from Niccole. She is friendly and responsive. However, I was extremely disappointed to receive a huge cleaning bill for my sunroof leak. First, its never opened and second-I was told water was blocked from getting to the drain holes. This is our 7th Volvo and never has that problem before. Don't understand why your trained service team could not have cleaned it without dismantling the roof? I welcome a call from your service manager.

As always Ken Salos was extremely helpful and took care of my A/C problem. I had an appointment with J.T. to have my car windows tinted. This was completed in 1.5 hrs as promised, GREAT JOB. I got in my car to leave and the A/C was not working. Ken got me a rental car, N/C and I was on my way!! The A/C was repaired and I was back in my car in 2 days...
