Volvo Cars Tampa failed to rotate my tires as requested when I booked the service appointment online. Volvo Cars Tampa technician (Joshua) stated that my tires do not need rotation because "the tires measured equally at this time". I had booked an oil change and tire rotation. The overall service was timely. Waiting area is a nice space for continuing to be productive while spending time at the dealership. There wasn't anything I didn't like. What I DID like was how much one-on-one time was spent with me explaining some of the bells & whistles on my vehicle. Many of my questions I couldn't find answers to in my owner's manual so it was really extraordinary to have someone show me with hands-on experience. Never once was I made to feel I should know the answer to a question or that my question was irrelevant. Thanks, Volvo Cars Tampa!
