I was taken care of immediately by a very courteous young women. She was professional and was on time with the return.
Informative, professional, speedy. Was supposed to have shuttle service but not available as I had requested. They couldn't access their Uber app, so I paid for a Lyft ride home...
My oil change and safety check was done quickly. The service waiting area was comfortable, bright, and cheery too.

Volvo Cars Tampa failed to rotate my tires as requested when I booked the service appointment online. Volvo Cars Tampa technician (Joshua) stated that my tires do not need rotation because "the tires measured equally at this time". I had booked an oil change and tire rotation. The overall service was timely. Waiting area is a nice space for continuing to be productive while spending time at the dealership.
