The problem is software. It is not yet resolved. However, the dealership - especially my service rep Thomas - has supported me well. They have provided a loaner car, their communications have been timely and frequent, they have escalated the situation to Volvo corporate engineering. While a disappointment, they have handled the situation as well as I can imagine it could be.

Very friendly service tech's and kept me informed about my car constantly.
I had a flat tire and made it to Tire Kingdom abd they found a nail. The tire key was not in the kit. They were able to plug it. Called and receptionist told me to come in. Drove from St. Pete to Tampa. General manager gave me a key. Occurred on Saturday and service dept. was closed. Still driving on plug tire with no issues, so far.
