Excellent customer service advisors from the minute you walk in to when they hand you the keys. Very comfortable waiting area.
Went in for an oil change. Paid the bill when I got home I saw a $20 charge for supplies. This was not itemized. I don't know what extra supplies are needed for an oil change?! In my opinion this was an obvious up-charge on the bill.
