Excellent customer service by Volvo Tampa
Volvo Cars Tampa has provided mediocre service for five years. The advisors have improved. The quality of work is satisfactory, but service almost always requires more than one day, and often three or four days.
The staff is fantastic. Niccole and Bernie always are providing service updates during the appointment. I've put 2200 miles on the car since the service 11 days ago. No problems. Even though the car has 222000+ miles, I have complete confidence in the vehicle.
