Nicole was great!! Answered all my questions and concerns. Explained in detail each service that would be completed.
No issues, all good. Friendly staff. Provided transportation as my car needed extensive maintenance. Staff contacted me to update the status of my vehicle and when it was ready to be picked up. Prices are fair for the amount of work that was performed. My car was washed and vacuumed upon pickup. I am very happy with this Volvo service center, I'll be back!

The Service Advisor explained their findings in detail and the additional cost associated with the extra work to bring my Volvo back up to standards you would expect from a XC90.
