I called Volvo of Tampa for this service as I was on my way there and with a very limited window available. Normally they require appointments, but they enthusiastically agreed to my needs. I was there around 8:30 and they got be back on the road by 10:00 like I asked. Awesome!
They did a very thorough and complete repair, even when the car pulled a ghost fail they did not blink but corrected the issue promply while accomidating the customer well.
A hassle free no questions asked except as to what is it doing which is necessary, very prompt and polite, avery good expireance, plus they fixed it correctly.
