Always a great experience! I was offered a loaner car, but declined this time as the estimated time for service was less than 2 hours. The customer lounge is comfortable, has free wifi, and complimentary coffee/drinks and snacks. Settled in, made a few calls, and car was done in less than the estimated time, and included a wash.
