My 2016 wagon is always treated very well and gets washed. Very short wait times and flexibility with scheduling afternoon appointments. Customer service is superior.
Service was great, they stayed in communication with us and we really appreciated having a new XC90 to use in the meantime.

Always a great experience here! I usually pass on the loaner vehicle and set up in the lounge for an hour or two, depending on the service estimate... always done within the quoted wait time. If there are any other service recommendations that pop up, I am notified by text, and have the option to accept/decline by text or call back to discuss further. Never pressured to 'upsell' additional services. Great selection of hot or cold drinks, snacks, and strong wifi.
