Took a long time for the car to be taken care of being the first customer in. When I received my car back the Driver's seat was soaked in sweat to the point my shirt got wet when I got in and now my car still smells like Body odor after multiple attempts to clean it by myself.
Don't buy or lease a car here. You will be sorry every minute of every day going. Volvo Cars Tampa puts on a good effort to get you to sign on the dotted line. But after they hand you the keys, the nightmare begins. Service is not detail-oriented. Charges are wrong. Parts can't find parts you need - even on a new car. We were told the tire we needed (700 miles in) "didn't exist". No initiative, creativity or concern shown for "your" problems. They shed responsibility blaming everything elsewhere
I was told the car was available and set up a time to meet with them to test drive and look at the car. I arrive and they tried to show me another vehicle I did not ask about. When I told them what I was there for, they told me that vehicle was not for sale yet. It has not been through their inspection department yet. They showed it to me anyways. They did apologies and told me the person that set this up was new. If this was car lot just down the road, not a problem. I live 6 hours away.
