Nothing special, just another car service center.
Bad experience with the request for information about my vehicle, left on hold for up to 30 minutes on the phone even though they are a service agent, they did not wash my car even though they claim to provide a $10 equivalent wash, and the support car service was very bad.
The bill is so high. Can't believe that it takes more than 4 hours to install the belts and the seal.
I was unable to get all the items repaired. I am hopeful when I bring the car back in for an item they had to order they will stand by their service promise and repair the items I initially brought the car in for.
Vehicle was not detailed. The appointment took way longer than I expected. There was a piece of trim missing off my car when I got it. They said it was already off and they provided a picture from their security camera, but it had no time stamp and I think its a picture from when I picked it up. Also, it was suspicious because they told me I needed to replace 3 wheels but never mentioned the trim piece above the wheel missing. It took them 3 weeks to replace 3 wheels too. Just overall not a great experience.
Service department claimed to have finish my service in under two hours. After pickup, I realized and had confirmed by the service department manager that nothing had actually been done to my car. Took another trip to get it done. Overall communication ranged from non-existent to rude to apologetic. Bad experience.
