Always a great experience here! I usually pass on the loaner vehicle and set up in the lounge for an hour or two, depending on the service estimate... always done within the quoted wait time. If there are any other service recommendations that pop up, I am notified by text, and have the option to accept/decline by text or call back to discuss further. Never pressured to 'upsell' additional services. Great selection of hot or cold drinks, snacks, and strong wifi.

Always a great experience! I was offered a loaner car, but declined this time as the estimated time for service was less than 2 hours. The customer lounge is comfortable, has free wifi, and complimentary coffee/drinks and snacks. Settled in, made a few calls, and car was done in less than the estimated time, and included a wash. Fast and friendly with no high pressure sales
Car sold. I was thinking I might like to get a used Kia Soul because I can't afford a new one. However all the used ones are priced too high and have too many miles.
