Doug Wilt made my wife and I feel comfortable while we were attempting to pick the vehicle we wanted. There was no pressure; just answers to our questions. The options for additional equipment, trade-in, and financing were all explained in a helpful way. We feel the final deal was very fair to all. Eric Sanata explained all the options when working on the final paper work. He explained all the forms and answered my questions. I would recommend both Doug Wilt and Eric Sanata to my friends.

John was very friendly and easy to work with. He is younger than myself which actually added to the fact that he could answer ANY question I had on the 2012 Toyota Prius two that I bought. He explained things in detail and took the time I needed to feel comfortable enough to buy the car the same day I test drove it. Mike was extremely knowlegeable about my vehicle and answered all of my questions. Erica was very efficient in processing my financing paperwork. I felt like I received the best offer on my car possible. They both made the experience pleasureable. I was in and out of the dealership (with my new car) in 1 hour! I would definitely recommend this duo again!

It was a pleasure to work with Steve. He did not pressure me or try to force my decision. Josh's phone calls and emails were excessive and annoying for me. Maybe they would work for someone else. I would work with Steve again because he answered my questions, some even before I had asked. It made the process feel less like a sale and more like a friend helping with the purchase.

My wife and I just purchased our fourth Toyota vehicle from Mike Butream, and could not be more satisfied. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and especially Jim Barth. There was no pressure to purchase and Jim went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I got exactly what we wanted in our, (my):) new vehicle. Steve was great, I must admit to calling him often for details before the sale and he was always nice and friendly. Erica was also exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. In all, we had an excellent experience with Toyota of Boardman and would deal with them again. We are thrilled with our '09 Prius. I hope the service dept. continues this excellence.
