When it really counted, Mike McClung stepped up and truly HELPED ME OUT OF A very bad situation. I was traveling on business, 400 miles from home and BROKE DOWN in NE Ohio (Siezed Motor break-down!). I sat on the Ohio Turnpike discussing my situation with my Insurance company to get me towed. 3 hours later (no tow truck yet) and I called (2) Toyota dealers in the area. John Sallman sold me my 2012 prius in June 2012. I called him and asked him to find me a car for my son who is 16. His vehicle was not fixable and we needed to get him a better car asap. He works, goes to school, has school events, and goes to music lessons. I told John my price range and I got pre-approved for a loan for this car. I didn't have a loan for the prius. We went to look at new Highlanders, the selection was good but not exactly what we were looking for. The guys were more than accomadating in finding us a specific style vehicle. We walked away with a Highlander that had every feature we wanted. The price wasn't bad either. :-) Shane & Mike were great! Very personable, explained everything, and felt like they were there to get us the best deal! We will definately go back for our next car and our two girls cars! Thanks guys!!

Prior to arrival in Ohio, our vehicle purchase and all related paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Kevin Sikora. He was always available to answer questions and provide information and photographs etc. He always called me back or wrote an email. My wife and I flew to Ohio from Seattle and were met by "John" who collected us from the airport and drove us 50 miles to your dealership. I just bought my second toyota from Dick Bell of Toyota of Boardman. Five years ago I bought a Corolla from Dick.The Corolla was a great car and I got a good deal on it.When I was ready to get a new car I knew I wanted another Toyota. I went back to Toyota of Boardman and was very happy to find Dick Bell still there. I was not disappointed as dicd ant the finance manager Erica made it very easy and I left with a new Rav 4! My old Corolla sold me on Toyota and Dick sold me on Toyota of Boardman Steve Hall

Steve worked to get me exactly what I needed and wanted and worked to get me the best fit car within my picky preferences and slim budget. He was personable and friendly and has kept in good contact with me. Erica was helpful and professional and helped make the "money process" quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership, particularly seeing Steve to anyone.
