JIM BARTH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, COURTE0US, DILIGENT, INFORMATIVE, AND FRIENDLY WHEN I BRIEFLY HAD NEGOTIATIONS FOR A VEHICLE. I THOUGHT THE DEALERSHIP WAS CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RETURN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

I've never had as nice of an experience purchasing a car as I did with the staff at Toyota of Boardman. Friendly, no-pressure, easy conversations, quick responses to emails, all questions answered & smiles on everyone's face. It was well worth the 70 minute drive to purchase the car at Preston. Kevin Bertilacci & Eric Graham were great!

Toyota of Boardman is the place to go. I have been to several dealerships in the past few months and it was always the same old song and dance. I was truly impressed when I visited this dealership for the first time. This facility is top-notch. I dealt with John Sallmen and Shane Lanigan on the purchase of a new Tundra. Steve was extemely helpful and informative in providing us information in making our decision and taking all the time we needed to answer our questions to help us become comfortable in making our decision. He was also wonderful once we had made our decision to purchase in getting the deal closed and providing us all the information we needed to feel comfortable driving home our new Camry. His service was wonderful all around!

I have had my Toyota Camry for a few months now and it runs great. It is just the car I needed to get back in forth to college. John Sallmen was extremely helpful in getting me a car. He was quick to give us feedback. I did not have to call him to check on the status of anything. He kept me informed of everything. We also dealt with Eric Sanata in the finances. I had a very good experience with Toyota of boardman. Shane took my inquiry emails on his day off and suggested when I come into the dealer. Kavin was very professional and helped me step by step through the process. I have worked sales for a long time and was pleased with the process.

I have always bought Chevy's and this was my first time dealing with Toyota, which I KNOW will not be my last!!! I consider this the BEST experience I have EVER had purchasing a car!! The treatment was EXCELLENT!!! The deal they gave me was way beyond my expections!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership!!! I LOVE my new Toyota!!!!

I would recommend this dealer to anyone! I had very specific needs and Steve worked for days to find exactly what I needed within my price range. Will definitely be telling everyone to buy their next vehicle from Steve!
