After having had a very poor experience at a nearby competitor dealership, it was refreshing to have an honest interaction. I was treated very courteously and with respect by Scott Riddle and Eric Sanata who were both very knowledgeable in their respective positions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a “no games” purchase.

Mike Butream handled the purchase of my new Tacoma and did a great job before and after the sale. Rich Mangelli has been my contact and either one of these guys are great to deal with. I'll be back for another Tacoma in 4 years.

My intent was to just browse for the day; however the day ended with me purchasing a new 2013 Toyota Camry. I cannot believe I made a decision to purchase a new car! I can only attribute my purchase to Scott Riddle (the newest sales person) who was extremely patient, kind and attentive listening and answering my questions. My husband and I went to Toyota to look at the Venza, basically just to say we had checked out everything before we purchased a Subaru Outback. We weren't expecting to like the Toyota Venza, but when John Sallmen showed us the Venza and took us for a test drive, we loved the car! John Sallmen was one of the best sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was funny and courteous and at the same time professional. He answered all of my questions and was able to help me not only find the car I wanted for the price I wanted but also get all the added features I wanted. I was in the market for "new" used car after having driven nothing but Honda cars for 20 years. I was on my way to the Honda Store just up the road. Decided to stop in Toyota to see if the Camry's were all I had heard they were. John Mitsos approached me in the lot as I was looking around. John Sallmen was a very polite young man who was doing everything he could to make me happy. I was outside looking at the car I was interested in and he came out and asked me if I wanted to drive it. Next thing I knew, we were inside going over the details. I ended up getting the 2013 Limited Rav 4 and absolutely love it!
