I purchased a 2013 Rav4 XLE from Rich, and let me just say, everything was beyond perfect from start to finish! There was no pressure, and they worked with me to get me exactly where I needed to be to stay within my budget! This is the second vehicle I have leased through Toyota of Boardman, and would highly recommend it!

GREAT SERVICE from John Sallman(salesman) and Erica Graham(F & I Manager). The both were very knowledgeable and courteous. They made my purchasing experience awesome and I would go back to them to buy. The dealership was nice and clean. I would recommend others to them. Thanks

Toyota of Boardman is a nice place to buy a car. It is very clean & bright, and everyone seemed to be friendly to customers. My sales person was Kevin Burick. He was helpful, but NOT PUSHY and I appreciate that. He was able to answer all our questions quickly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great job. Eric Sanata was nice & helpful with our paperwork, as well.

Scott Riddle was very professional in the way he approched us did not try to sell us somthing we did not want. He knew the car very well explained how things worked.He was right up front with us.Very polite and easy to talk to.Joshua Bakuhn was also very professional he also did not try to sell us anything but what we wanted.We had our Corolla for around 9 years and have been totally happy with it. This is my first time buying a Toyota, I had previously purchased 5 Honda vehicles in the last 15 years. Scott Riddle was the salesmen that assisted me. He was very pleasant to work with and made the experience more enjoyable than previous car purchases. He was knowledgable, but what impressed me and ultimately led to the sale was that Scott listened to what my needs were and helped me get the vehicle that met my needs, unlike Honda, which tried to sell me what they wanted me to buy. I had a great experience with the purchase of my car. Kevin was very laid back, low pressure and very friendly. I was in a little bit of a rush, so he made sure all the paperwork got handled quickly. Though my car is not new, it is new to me. I love my new car.
