No pressure to buy. Everyone was able to call me back in a quickly and timely matter if they were not immediately available. Upfront and honest about the vehicle I was buying. ( it was a used suv that was just traded in) They did all the leg work for the loan and because my credit union was a better deal for me they worked with my agent directly. Got everything done in one day and drove off on the same day as well.

My wife's lease was up and we liked the sienna some stopped in and met Scott. What a personable and courteous salesman. He didn't make us feel like we were pressured or unwelcome. He was accommodating in finding what we wanted at a great lease price. We would recommend anyone to go visit Scott. Our experience was quick and very enjoyable even with three kids as he made us feel at home

I would highly recommend John Sallmen at Toyota of Boardman. I came in on a Friday afternoon and test drove a new vehicle, and he let our family take it without a salesman in the car with us which we liked a lot so that we were able to check out the car and talk freely without the pressure of having a salesman with us. Kevin is an EXCELLENT Sale Rep!!! I went on truecar.com and he called me back within minutes of pushing the button on the computer. We did everything by phone; he didn’t make me come into the dealership. Also, he gave me his best deal, who could ask for anything more, NO GAMES what so ever. There were a couple of road blocks but he had a solution to the problems. The road blocks had nothing to do with this dealership but another when dropping off my leased vehicle. What a great dealership!! I live in Fl and was visiting in the Youngstown area. I had a recall, so took my car in. What nice service people , Joanna Zuckla and Joe DeLapa!!! They are both so caring and efficient!!! Everything worked out well on my car, kuddos to the servicemen and ladies. I would highly recommend buying and servicing a car from Toyota of Boardman!! My husband and I stopped at the dealership intending to just look around. We were greeted by Scott and proceeded to look at the Rav4. Scott was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took us for a test drive and basically sold us on the car. We purchased it that day and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle so far. I would highly recommend the Boardman Toyota dealership and would definitely recommend Scott. We were impressed by his friendly manner, his knowledge of the car and his overall personality and sales style.

But most important was how I, the customer, was treated by all the staff especially John my salesman, and his manager.
