This dealership was a perfect experience from the first time I stepped into the showroom. the salesman was poliete and knowledgeable. the GM, Doug Peters was fantastic and polite - there was no pressure to buy the vehicle and the negoations were fair and reasonable or I would not have bought the vehicle. By the way, I have a Toyota Dealership 5 miles from me in southern Maryland, but decided to drive 500 miles to purchase the vehicle somewhere else. Mr. Piccione was very professional, respectful, and knowledgable during the sales process. Equally important to me is that he has quickly responded to any questions I have had since purchase. I am very pleased with this service as I did not have this experience when I purchased my last new vehicle from Ford. I would recommend Mr. Piccione and this dealership to my family and friends based on how pleased I am with my Toyota Rave 4 and the professionalism exhibited prior to and post purchase.

Went in to test drive some cars. Ended up buying one. Sales person was low pressure and personable. I wouldn't say he was an expert regarding all the bells-n-whistles of the car but I can read the manual. I personally want a salesman who is honest and and that was Nick.

Car buying is always very stressful to us. The experience of finding a price online and having the dealership match it reduced this stress a great deal. I felt the people were trying to be honest and forthright with information and answers to our questions. The service department took care of our old car, and the sales people were knowledgeable about the new cars. All in all, a much more stress free buying experience.

Very friendly and helpful service advisor. Had a really good experience because the warranty work was done correctly. . Service was quick and there is a comfortable waiting room. Free coeffee a nice touch. Who could not ask for more.
