The dealership was very eager to help and meet all are needs. Victor,Joshua,and the finance guy where very patient,helpful,kind and attentive. The dealership was very presentable,clean and friendly. Nick did a great job helping me find the car that fit my needs and my budget. We were quickly greeted at the door and after asking a few questions, we were off test driving a vehicle. He was extremely patient and friendly during the entire experience. He made us feel like we were his top priority. While we were waiting for price quotes, all of the other sales representatives would stop to say hello or ask how we were doing. The overall experience of negotiating the price and buying my Toyota RAV4 was very smooth and pleasant and the customer service was excellent. Best dealership I have ever had work done at. Joanna always greets us promptly when we arrive and reviews what work is to be performed. Joanna is excellent as a service advisor. Joanna always makes us feel like we are the number one customer at Preston's.
