Great Customer Service I visited 2 other Toyota dealerships before visiting Toyota of Boardman and by far I had the best experience at this dealership. Highly recommend them
Above and beyond service I was back in Youngstown visiting friends after moving away to Grand Rapids, Michigan. On my way into town I accidentally ran over a metal pipe on the highway that was unavoidable. After getting my car towed to Toyota my service manager, Gerald went above and beyond for me. I was very flustered and upset about my car and worried because I was only in Ohio for a few days. great car experience Went to Toyota of Boardman to purchase a Rav4 today. Salesman was Jim Barth. He promptly engaged us in the lot and was very helpful helping us pick out which type of Rav 4 we would be happy with. The dealership was very nice and really worked with us on a reasonable price. The manager John Mitsos was very good at explaining our options and we were pleased with the results. This our 3rd Toyota all with Toyota of Boardman and I can't say enough about there service and expertise.
