Great car buying experience Jim Barth and Rich Mangelli were great to work with. Both very professional. Jim took the time to go over the details of our 'new to us' vehicle. We would recommend Jim to anyone looking for a vehicle. He is knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and more importantly, he did NOT have a high pressure sales pitch.
Very easy/transparent CPO purchase process I had been looking at used Toyota Certified Venza's when one came up for sale at Toyota of Boardman. They are about an hour drive for me so it wasn't easy to just stop in. I spoke to Stephanie via email/text then drove out and met with Kevin. The car was in better than described shape. I thought I'd have to go back to pick up the car later, but they were able to complete the entire process (car sale, trade in, and financing) in two hours. Helpful, friendly, informative, and curtious We never felt pressured but felt welcomed to take our time to choose the car best for us. Jim went out of his way to answer all of our questions. He was friendly, thoughtful, helpful and curtious. We were always Chevy or Ford fans, but the excellent service amd attwntion we received made it easy to choose Toyota. We LOVE our new Prius!

Excellent service department I have had my Toyota cars serviced at this dealership for 9 years, and have been very pleased. The service managers are experienced, and care about their customers. Joanna has been great to work with! Last weekend I was headed out of town, and discovered a minor issue with my engine. I stopped in before work, (unannounced), and they were kind enough to fix it and send me on my way- awesome! Highly recommend their service team.
Toyota of Boardman - Jim Barth Just purchased an 2018 Camry XLE. Jim Barth was a fantastic sales rep. He answered my million questions and showed me every car I wanted to look at. I appreciate his sales style. Very easy to work with and no weird sales pressure. I’d recommend him to anyone.

From kindness to the keys Toyota of boardman is a great dealership! In o2009 we purchased a Toyota camerv great car super maint service, repaired our motor at no charge, with 128k on it plus a loaner car at no charge! Dave Shuntich the service mgr for Toyota awesome!
