I have had more work completed in the Quicklane area then I have had more work completed in the Quicklane area then the main shop but both do great work, too bad the Quicklane is more swamped, if they had more quality tech's, wait time would be down and probably have less pissed off people, including myself!

First-rate customer service! First-rate customer service! I don't live in St. Cloud. I was visiting my brother when I noticed a panel cover under my car was loose. I called Tenvoorde, and they told me to bring it right in. They looked under the car, and explained that it was a known defect they see all the time. They re-attached the panel, improvising a fastener, to protect the undercarriage of the care. I was impressed and appreciative.
