Great Service, friendly employees, customer appr. I really like the quick lane. I don't need an appt. And I can stop whenever I need service work done. the guys helping you are always friendly and helpful. I also lIke the way they check you car over and tell you if something needs work or not. 2013 Escape I think they finally solved the problem. I did tell the service manager the actual cause of the problem. This was the third or forth time I had it in for air flow issue.
Clean Shop Friendly staff. Clean shop. Vehicle maintenance was performed in a timely manner. Like the option of scheduling an appointment.
Oil Change I just had an oil change and the person helping me was very nice.

Mike saved the day A few months ago I was in for an oil change. A woman approached me asking if I was considering upgrading. She said Tenvoorde was looking for vehicles similar to mine. She gave me a number to contact. I called the number, left a message and my call was never returned. I then came in several weeks ago looking for a 2014, thinking it would be more affordable.
