Pleasant buying experience at Glens Falls Toyota We had quite a nice experience at this dealership. The sales and financial staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. They worked hard to get the exact vehicle I wanted at a price within my budget. The transaction (considering it was buying a new vehicle, which is usually fairly painful) was pretty pleasant. The staff was very friendly, People who has nothing to do with my transaction helped me when I had questions and concerns.

Great Staff My husband and I purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon XLE Touring from Glens Falls Toyota. Larry was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was great to work with. Happy Time Bill is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and upon telling him what I was looking for we took the RAV 4 for a test drive. Needless to say I decided right then and there that was the vehicle for me. Every one that I dealt with is very friendly and I can honestly say I had fun spending money. Wonderful Experience Bill was very professional, not pushy. He allowed me to test several vehicles with no pressure to find the one for me. Really enjoyed the relaxed environment. They offed me a fair price for my trade and found the vehicle I wanted instead of trying to see me something I didn't really want. It was a fair deal on a great product, and I would recommend them. I used to go there for service years back and their service department is widely known for being Top notch.
