Service department is A+......Sales maybe C- I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the service department at Romeo. When I bought the car (Volt) I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.....the vehicle was not fully prepped at delivery, I got home and there were parts in the trunk, including some recall updates and the front spoiler, so I had to bring it back the next day, a working day for me, to correct the problem. Romeo service review Visited Romeo for an oil change, was greeted promptly and able to drop off vehicle in a timely manner. Was kept appraised of the service progress and upon completion of the service, all my needs were met. Romeo service department goes above and beyond to make it's customers feel comfortable and at home.

Matt ( I think) in the bay was onpoint and pleasant~ The Waiting area has all you need to kill an hour or 2 easily and efficiently~ Bring your lappie~have a cup of coffee and a piece of danish~

Service/Recall Service to my vehicle was done on a timely manner and techs were very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to work with! Just received a notice for a recall and needed an oit change so it was nice to get both done in one shot..
warranty work Drop off 2016 GMC 2500 hd for service and warranty work said oil change was completed but never re set oil monitor or put next oil change sticker in window noise in drivers door they said cant hear it but still there they did fix consul and said that transmission and radio is ok cant find no issues at this time I have owed this truck since new and know how transmission shifted and radio work and there is definitely not the same as it was
