wonderful next day service from experienced employees after driving from NC found I had a tire leaking air.....without appointment, pulled in for service and nail was located on inside rim of tire....replaced the next day.....thanks....E. Bonneau
Service department is A+......Sales maybe C- I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the service department at Romeo. When I bought the car (Volt) I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.....the vehicle was not fully prepped at delivery, I got home and there were parts in the trunk, including some recall updates and the front spoiler, so I had to bring it back the next day, a working day for me, to correct the problem. Romeo service review Visited Romeo for an oil change, was greeted promptly and able to drop off vehicle in a timely manner. Was kept appraised of the service progress and upon completion of the service, all my needs were met. Romeo service department goes above and beyond to make it's customers feel comfortable and at home.
