I had my car checked on July 1st and the service department was excellent. I deal with Raeshel Tropeano every time I come into Price and she always meets me with a smile. She is excellent and forth coming when it comes to my car. I will continue coming back because of the excellent service with Raeshel and the entire Price family. Keep up the good work.
I put off having a recall fixed on my rear hatch since I was expecting hours of waiting without access to my fabulously reliable Rav4 (aka my office on wheels). I arrived at Price at 7 am and they were done in an hour and a half which went by rapidly since they really cater to their clients by having a business center (great for those of us who are self-employed), a comfortable lounge with a big screen TV and a beverage station! I drive a 2013 Camry. My last Camry was a 2003, it had 250,000 miles on it, thats when I gave it to my daughter. She probably drove it another 5,000 before she got a new car and I traded in for my 2013. Not only am I impressed with Toyota's cars, their service is also pretty great. I will be back.
I've always had great experience at Price Toyota. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them so far. I have no intention of moving on from my 2011 Tacoma anytime soon, but my wife will need to replace her 2012 Dodge Avenger within the next couple of years. Recently my Toyota Prius broke down while I was driving it.. I took it to my toyota dealer, Price Toyota in New castle to get it serviced, as I always do. I had one of the BEST experiences with the service and the representative Raeshel Tropeano who was extra caring and very knowledgeable, who took care of me the whole time.
