I like the convenience of dropping the car off and being picked up upon completion. Things at home could be taken care of while the car was being worked on.

My experience with price Toyota in New Castle Delaware was a five star experience. As usual very good customer service skills, no excellent customer service skill. I waited approximately a half an hour to about 40 minutes from the time I drove my car into the service day. I also showed up to the Toyota dealer on a 9 scheduled appointment because my windshield wiper blades were shredded from all the ice and snow we previously had.
