My best car buying experience ever. I called Preston first because of a previous good buying experience and Danny Torsello was right on the money with this purchase. I had a very specific car that I was looking for and he found it within an hour and I had the car in my driveway within 24 hours. Danny appreciated my time constraints and also got me a very good deal. I'll call Danny for all my GMC purchases in the future.

Rick did an amazing job with getting us the right price and making the leasing process easy to understand! My mother has been working with Rick and has used his car sales and services for a long time. I plan to continue this as well! Brandon Ferrari also helped us out tremendously. Apparently they sold the vehicle I wanted. .so instead offer a used vehicle. What a waste of time
Never buy a car from these people they lie Wright to your face the service is the worst that I have ever seen stay away from Preston Chevy gmc I will never buy another car or truck from them again

Scheduled an appointment with them to run a diagnosis on my car. Arrived 1 hour early for my appointment and sat in waiting room the rest of the day only to be told they couldnt get to it today. I left it overnight and did not hear from them all the next day, not even a response to my message with the service tech. Went back up at almost 4 pm and the car was still sitting in same spot. Bobby Preston screwed me over on buying my car back. He originally offered me more. Than later waffled only doing car payoff on car. I was desperate I'm on disability. Took Avantage of me. Out if good faith should have kept his word. Offered me least 2000 more than just payoff. Should be ashamed. I will not recommend this dealership. Sadd. His people all puppets.
Was in the process of negotiating with Danny FINALLY after being jerked around for weeks by Bryan. Left a message for Danny that we were close and was planning on coming down (1 1/2 hrs one way) the next day. They call 5 hours later to tell me they sold the car.. ARE YOU xxxxx KIDDING ME. I guess the other guy was willing to pay more. HORRIBLE DEALER TO DEAL WITH.
Poor Customer support 2019 Cadillac purchase had no owners manual. With weekly calls&texts since 12/8/2019, not able to provide manual.Call salesman Nick numerous times. Called Jamie,no return call to date. Was told it was 'in the mail', 3 times. I'm sure after almost 4 months they don't care. Something so simple should not be so hard, yet, no customer support.
